A mostly residential area, Dover Heights is a short hop, skip and jump away from the shopping and dining districts of North Bondi and Rose Bay. Dover Heights is serviced by the 380 bus, which travels down Military Road from Watsons Bay to Bondi Junction via Bondi Beach. It is 9 kilometres from the CBD and you can get there either by bus and a train or by bus and a ferry from Watsons Bay. A lot of people in the area decide to drive instead.
Being an affluent suburb, Dover Heights properties can sell for over $4 million. But prices for rentals and smaller apartments can vary. It is the perfect suburb for those who enjoy peace and quiet and want to sit a stare at the water.
