Our Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance is available once a booking with V-move Removals is complete. Simply request a copy of the certificate by replying to the Booking Confirmation email which you received when you booked us.
Please put V-move Removals in the “Referred by section”. As per our contract with CARTS, we receive 10% of the premium.
As well as the combinations above, we also offer combinations of 4 men and 2 trucks or more, which recommend for 4+ bedroom homes and large offices and warehouses. If you have tricky access where a truck may not fit, such as low height clearances, parking on a steep slope or driveway, we recommend a van and a truck or a ute and a truck.
We also offer pre-packing, unpacking, boxes, storage, intrastate and interstate removals. We service all of NSW and do interstate moves to and from the ACT, QLD, SA and VIC.
To get a fixed quote, please call us or complete our Quotation form with as much detail as possible providing access details and a full inventory of furniture, appliances, boxes and small items. We can provide written fixed quotes via email from studios to 3-bedroom homes without an onsite inspection, though conditions do apply.
Fixed quote inspections for 4+ bedroom homes, interstate and regional NSW moves are available upon request. In order to provide you with a fixed quote, we will need to visit your home and make a quick inspection. The quote is at no cost and obligation-free. We take a deposit of $100 for hourly rate bookings and the full price before moving day for fixed price removals. This deposit is non-refundable, so please make your booking carefully.
Any changes to a booking should be made as soon as possible. If you cancel or make changes to a booking and we cannot accommodate the change (e.g. a change in time, date or the service booked), we may keep the deposit and refuse the service if we are unavailable.
Please ensure you have confirmed cancellation by 5pm of the day prior to the booking. Any cancellations made after this time will incur the minimum fee booking as per our Terms and Conditions.
The call-out and return to base fee is a fixed fee to cover the truck and removalists’ travel costs from the depot to the pickup address and from the delivery address back to the depot. The applicable fee is based on the furthest suburb, e.g. if moving from Annandale (no call out) to Castle Hill (1 hour), the half hour call out fee will be 1 hour.
