We recommend completing the booking process for your move at least two weeks in advance for weekends and one week in advance for weekdays. Late bookings might conflict with existing schedules.

What are the guidelines regarding deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling?

An upfront deposit of $100 is mandated for hourly bookings, and full payment is required for fixed-price moves, both being non-refundable. Please notify us of alterations promptly; failure to do so or last-minute cancellations may lead to forfeiture of the deposit or extra charges.

Could you elaborate on the call-out policy and pricing?
