Our insurance provisions include several protections:

• Public Liability (refer to our Terms and Conditions)
• Goods in Transit Insurance for incidents such as vehicular accidents, fires, or flooding (refer to our Terms and Conditions)
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance.

Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you can request our Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance.

Please be aware that our coverage EXCLUDES ALL-ENCOMPASSING DAMAGES. You can acquire additional insurance at Removals Insurance or by calling 1300 880 253 for expanded protection. Please mention V-move Removals in the “Referred by” section, benefiting us with 10% of the premium.

Beyond standard removals, we extend our services to large residences, business spaces, and storage facilities, utilising various staff and vehicle combinations. For complex access situations, we suggest appropriate vehicle pairings. Our extensive offerings include pre-packing, unpacking, box supplies, storage solutions, and intrastate and interstate removals. We operate across NSW and facilitate interstate moves to and from ACT, QLD, SA, and VIC.

The nominal call-out fee assists in offsetting operational costs such as fuel, parking charges, tolls, and maintenance within Sydney. Billing commences upon arrival, not departure from the depot, ensuring transparency. Any additional cost is clearly communicated upfront, so there are no surprises.

We advise booking your move two weeks ahead for weekends and one week for weekdays. Late bookings might conflict with existing schedules.

An upfront deposit of $100 is mandated for hourly bookings, and full payment is required for fixed-price moves, both being non-refundable. Please notify us of alterations promptly; failure to do so or last-minute cancellations may lead to forfeiture of the deposit or extra charges.
