What are the costs?
Professional packing and unpacking is available for $160 per hour for 2 packers plus call out fees. Our minimum booking is 4 hours for any packing job. If you live in a one-bedroom or studio apartment, we will send 1 packer at a cost-effective $80 hourly rate. Our professional Sydney packers will wrap your items carefully, ensure your boxes are protected for box hire and pack up your house efficiently! When you book a packaged service, for example, packing and removalists Sydney, or packing, removals and storage, you can have our blue plastic crates free for 1 week, including one delivery and pick up.

What's Included in Your Professional Packing Services?
Our packing rates do not include packing material. These are charged by length or weight: $4 per roll of tape, $25 per 5kg of butcher paper, etc. For boxes, please have a look at our shop and hire page: Boxes
Book your packing job before your move date, preferably the day before, for a whole house. If all small items are not packed on the day of your move, the removalists will pack them at their removalist rate, which starts at $190 hourly. The $160 packing rate is only given when the removal packers have been booked before the day of the move. If the packing job is small, e.g. the kitchen or one other room, it is better to book the packing job as per the removals to save on the call-out fee and to avoid the minimum 4-hour charge.

You can rent our plastic moving crates for a fee, which is $2 per week per box. You can keep them as long as you want, but we suggest you unpack them and request an extension with enough time. This is because these packing boxes are pretty popular, and we may need to supply them to a customer who placed an order before your request for an extension.
Yes, they do. The boxes are 60 cm in length, so they fit through most doorways and corridors.
Honestly, the manufacturing process is not environmentally friendly, but over time, due to its durability, it pays off. So, in the short term, they are not, but in the long term, they are eco-friendly and can be classified as eco-moving boxes as they reduce overall waste.

Unfortunately, the dolly is not included in the box hire package, but you can always hire us as your furniture removalists, and then you will get not only a dolly but experienced movers as well.
If you mean using a lift, that’s too easy. If you mean stairs, that’s too easy as well; the delivery driver most likely is a professional removalist who wants extra shifts or the owner himself. You can’t lose on that.
You might need some packing materials, but you definitely won’t need tape. The boxes have a closable lid, and you can use cable ties to secure them, which are part of the package. Of course, if you are using cardboard boxes, you will have to use tape.
Yes, you can do so within the available days (Tuesdays-Fridays). We do deliveries and pickups during office hours. It’s best someone is at home all day, but the day before, the manager will call to try and schedule a time that is mutually convenient
You can pay online while you are ordering boxes, over the phone, or in cash to the delivery driver.
Yes, you can, but we will charge you an extra $40 dollars for the top-up.
If, by some divine intervention, you damage a rental box, you will have to compensate us for it; the price is $33 per box.
