Raymond Fung moved from a 2-bedroom unit in Lindfield to a 3-bedroom house in Castlecrag. Moving Raymond and his family out of the unit in Lindfield was easy enough. Though they had large pieces of furniture, the staircase was wide.
However, in Castlecrag the house had a small entrance, and it was a very tight fit. There was some light scuffing of the floor and on the entrance frame. The customer lodged a claim and we resolved it within 24 hours. He was incredibly happy with the quick resolution and conceded that it was an exceedingly difficult move and that the men had done a superb job!
Bryony and James were moving from a house in Willoughby to a new house in Castlecrag. They had a stressful dual settlement and wisely asked us for a fixed price inspection.
After the inspection we quoted a fixed price of $1800 including 1 month of free box hire including the delivery and pick up of boxes. They chose us because we carefully explained how the move would go. Our projected times, start and end times to ensure the Willoughby property would be fully vacant for the 1pm settlement time.
Settlement was completed 2 hours later than expected, but the couple were pleased we stuck to the fixed price. The move-in to their new home in Castlecrag was as smooth as the move out of Willoughby. All their large furniture and household appliances were in place by 6:30pm that day.
