How Does It Work?
How do we ensure we give you a fair market value price? From calculating your moving inventory and gathering years of experience in providing removalists’ services! We can provide you with a fixed price without an onsite visit from studios to 3-bedroom homes.
For 4+ bedroom homes, regional NSW and interstate moves we highly recommend you call us on 02 7201 9367 to arrange a fixed price inspection. Our experienced, friendly quote estimator will conduct an onsite visit and check every room with you. He will ask you questions about what is to be moved, parking, access, your packing, material, storage and moving requirements. We guarantee we will send you a written quote within 12 hours of the inspection.
If you are bundling services such as packing and unpacking, removals, and storage we also recommend you call us for an onsite visit. Not only will the estimator get a good idea of the price, at this stage he will also pre-plan the logistics of your packing and moving job. This guarantees that customers who choose a fixed price full-service move will have a smooth, stress-free, streamlined experience.
Terms And Conditions Of Fixed Price Bookings
We require the move to be paid in full prior to moving day for all fixed price bookings. For fixed prices without onsite visits, we assume that all items, parking and access details and required services have been disclosed.
Please note our fixed quotes also assume that the customer has fully packed all small and medium sized items into moving cartons or plastic moving boxes. All drawers and shelves of any piece of furniture or appliance must be emptied. We will not pack any items on fixed price services (unless you requested a fixed price pre-packing and/or unpacking service). We may also refuse to move any furniture or appliance that has not been emptied prior to the move.
Additional charges may apply if any of the following have been undisclosed:
· Parking and access restrictions
· Additional furniture to disassemble and reassemble.
· Additional packing material
· Additional trips for items that were not disclosed during the inventory questionnaire.
· Specialty items such as pianos, spas, trampolines, anything weighing over 80kg
· Services that had not been pre-booked such as waste disposal, over the balcony lifts, etc.
· Substantial additions to the inventory such as 20 or more boxes than originally disclosed, 10 additional small items or more (e.g. rugs, artwork, lamps, small kitchen appliances such as toasters etc) that may require an additional trip.

Hourly Rates, Call Out Fees And Other Pricing
Do you prefer to go hourly? We use a call out fee and hourly rate service that depends on the volume of items being moved.
Our prices start from $190 for 2 men and a truck, call outs are half an hour, an hour or an hour and a half for Sydney metropolitan suburbs. Do not hesitate to call us on 02 7201 9367 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have more questions.
The call-out and return to base fee is a fixed fee to cover the truck and removalists’ travel costs from the depot to the pickup address and from the delivery address back to the depot. The applicable fee is based on the furthest suburb, e.g. if moving from Enmore (1/2 an hour) to Hornsby (1 hour) the applicable fee is 1 hour.
