The Chens were renting a moderately furnished 2-bedroom apartment in the CBD but their building management had strict rules on parking and access. All the furniture had to be loaded through the garage which had a height restriction of 2.2m but the loading zone access was 2 storeys down from the ground floor. In order to comply with building management rules we used a ute to ferry their items to the truck.
There were 3 men and the total for the job was $960 with a call out of $50 and an hourly rate of $150 per hour.
