A reputable education provider had to move their small office, and several classrooms for their university and Vocational Education and Training courses from College St to Mary St. The customers requested a fixed price. Though the distance was short, parking and access were tricky. They also had a lot of important, fragile equipment including but not limited to projectors, smartboards, computers, servers and audio equipment.
This had to be carefully wrapped and with instructions and assistance from their IT team, installed and ready to go for teachers on the coming Monday. It was a 2-day move from Friday to Saturday and it took 6 men and 2 trucks to complete. Classes were closed on Friday to ensure the move would be smooth. By 8am on Monday, everything was set up and ready for the staff to work as usual and for the classes to proceed without a hitch.
